Next generation General Physical Preparedness (GPP). GPX is high intensity training tailored to your goals. Each 60 minute workout uses a variety of movements – including barbell work, kettlebells, gymnastics and cardio. Led by expert Coaches, this is training for life. Starting from scratch with us? Great! You’ll do three personal training sessions with a Coach before moving into group classes.
