Sweaty and strong circuit training

A 50 minute class. Base6 – the most necessary  and fundamental movements to overall fitness. This circuit training class balances a dedicated strength portion followed by a fast paced conditioning circuit. Don’t love barbell work? This class doesn’t use them, instead choosing kettlebells, dumbbells and sandbags for weight – training. Coaches keep the energy high and the rest short, giving you a fun, fast paced sweat!
