Base6 uses only the most fundamental movements for overall fitness. This HIIT circuit training class balances a dedicated strength portion followed by a fast paced conditioning circuit.

Don’t love barbell work? This class doesn’t use them, instead we grab kettlebells, dumbbells and sandbags for resistance training. Coaches keep the energy high and the rest short, giving you a fun, fast paced sweat!

This is a 50 minute class great for beginners and athletes wanting to work on their conditioning.
