Whether you want to compete in Olympic Weightlifting meets, increase your Powerlifting total, or just want to get stronger — we offer experienced coaching in semi-private class environments. Barbell club classes are 90 minutes long and capped at 8 people. These sessions are entirely focused on strength development without a cardio component.
