Come join in with our and the CrossFit community’s Memorial Day tradition, by tackling the Hero Workout – “Murph”! We’ll have lots of options on how to do the workout from as written to modified approaches. The workout is a great way to connect the holiday to a broader meaning than just sales on appliances and new cars, but remembering women and men who have lost their lives in service of our country.
Have a vest? Bring it out. We’ll run two heats this year in order to spread everyone out and we’ll have lots of watermelon and fancy waters on hand because nothing says ‘Merica like bubbles in your water. We’ll see you then!
