Strength In Numbers is our free intro to fitness class geared specifically towards the local LGBTQ+ community. We’ve got a safe space for you to explore your exercise journey in, whether you are a seasoned athlete or are just getting into a gym routine.
Join us for an instructed session for a one-time, no-committment workout and some general gym q&a. The session will offer some mobility tips, instruction, and a metabolic conditioning piece. All parts of our session can and will be modified to fit each athlete’s needs.
The world is full of uphill battles, don’t let going to the gym be one of them.
