At-Home Fitness!

A daily At-Home Workout that still balances movement patterns, directions and skills - just like in our traditional workout of the day. Little or no equipment? No problem! Workouts have been created to be effective using household items.

Online Coached Zoom Classes!

Want to check in with your friends and be Coached? Each day we offer two sessions with a Coach that are streamed via zoom. Check in and be part of the fun!

Free 30 min personal training/consult!

Just because you're not in the gym doesn't mean that the goals you had don't apply any longer. Book time with a Coach through the Appointments feature in Wodify. Coaches can help with optimizing your home set up of equipment, nutrition and skills!

Online classes!

We are programming deliberately to build well rounded fitness without you needing things other than what you have at home. Everything that we’re doing related to programming is coming from a mentality of not requiring the physical space or resource that is the gym or any gym for that matter. We are digital now and for an undetermined amount of time, we are building a model to support you as best possible given that new framework.

 

Each day at 8pm, we’ll post the workout for the coming day. The post will include information about equipment and stimulus.

 

 

Online classes are held Monday – Friday with a Coach at 12pm and 5:30pm as well as Saturday and Sunday at 10am. Links to each of those options are below and members can click the link for the class you want to attend. These links won’t change, so you can come back to this page each day to sign in.
